- Storage & care
- No preservatives or additives. Keeps about 5 days. If some is left on day one, refrigerate it; the next day, take it out at least 1 to 2 hours before eating to come back to room temperature (or microwave 10 to 20 seconds), otherwise the butter inside firms up and the cake turns hard and dry.
